Because unless they're willing to acknowledge the deck is stacked in their favor, unfairly so

We must also recognize that the deck was stacked against them, unfairly so, for centuries.

But the time has come for all to accept each other and work together, because a divided house will fall, and all will be losers in the end. United we can build a strong country that offers opportunities for all, without prejudice. Each must do their part, and if they do they shall receive just compensation. If you want higher compensation then you must push yourself, and not demand someone else provide it to you.

Ancient history. Any black who was brought over on a slave ship is due reparations. I never owned a slave and I never shot an Indian and refuse to feel guilty about what happened "centuries" ago. It's time for them to grow up and stop acting like spoiled children.

We've bent over backwards to accommodate their tantrums for fifty years. That's more than enough time. They've had every concession imaginable and still haven't accomplished anything. As a demographic that is. If they haven't bridged the gap by now, it's a hopeless cause. Let's get on with it.
