The Virginia senator is set to give a major national security speech at a Tuesday afternoon rally in Wilmington.
"Senator Kaine will underline that Hillary Clinton is the only candidate who has the experience, temperament, and judgment to serve as commander in chief and who has the vision to make America safer and stronger together," the campaign said in a statement.

Interesting that CNN knows it will be a “major national security speech” before it has occurred. Oh, I see, CNN is just repeating talking points Hillary’s campaign sent over.
Extolling the “virtues” of his master does not seem like much of a policy address. Questions that Kaine should be asked: What are Hillary’s immigration policies going to be? How will she deal with ISIS and Islamic terrorism? Israel and Palestine? Iranian and Nork Nukes?
Who will she nominate for NatSec Advisor, SoS, Sec of Homeland Security? Director of National Intelligence? Head of the CIA? Will she require her SoS to fly a lot and meet people to no purpose like she did? Can they mishandle classified data? Channel bribes to the Clinton Foundation? If Hillary dies or is incapacitated, what are Kaine’s own national security credentials and experience? Any?

I have believed for a while now that Hillary has some physical problems climbing stairs, etc. In the past, however, I have had my doubts about the contention that her health is as poor as some people here have speculated. That being said, I’m having difficulty coming up with a plausible reason for Hillary to avoid appearing in public for an extended period of time, as has been the case recently. If she were running away with this election, I could see her employing a strategy where she felt it was to her advantage to limit her exposure, and just coast to victory in November. However, the race is too close at this point to take such a risk. She hasn’t been making many public appearances, she didn’t go to Louisiana, she did not accept the invitation to go to Mexico, and she doesn’t do press conferences. The speech Tim Kaine is scheduled to give on foreign policy is a speech she should be making herself. What then, could be the reason for her to become almost a recluse during the height of a presidential campaign? If the reason is something other than the state of Hillary’s health, what could it be? She has to show up for the debates, otherwise she’s done.
