If it’s that important it should be paid for out of general funds. No need to wait for speculative things that might never come to pass.
I don’t think there is ONE DAMNED tax payer that would mind ONE BIT if WE paid for this DAMNED WALL!!! This stinking government has taken OUR tax dollars for the most rediculious programs and schemes for decades!!! I for ONE would be VERY HAPPY to pay for the DAMNED WALL!!!
