I did save to pdf but didn’t know how to transfer to a photo. then, I print screened & cropped, but didn’t know how to make it a jpg! I just coun’t save it as a pictuere.. so I gave up & sent what I could

Under the file menu you have to choose “Save as” in most programs. At that point one of the options in most image programs will be to save as a jpg. If the program you are using does not have that capability then open the image file in another program. But Microsoft paint always had that capability.
