If you could go back in time to the start of the year, it would be fun to ask: By the election who will have held more press conferences, Donald Trump in Mexico joined by the Mexican president or Hillary Clinton with her lapdog media? Who knew that Trump/Mexico would be the winner.

He did just fine. I am very pleased that he made the trip there and the joint press conference.
...and he didn’t sound like he had five marbles in his mouth trying to talk.
Bush was an embarrassment every time he started talking. It was hard to not get pissed off and turn the channel, even if he was making good comments.
His diction was fractured. He has a speech impediment.
My Spanish is rusty but I think the announcer introduced PRESIDENT TRUNP!

HA HA HA!!!! Another case of Trump BYPASSING the enemy media! CNN had to cover this live! Trump got a million dollars of advertisement to bypass their 24/7 “Trump is a bigot” talking point! But CNN will go back to their DNC activist talking points - Trump is a ... (for the record I am in a hotel in a foreign country that only has CNN - I have to go take a shower after watching it.)
I can't imagine Hillary going to Mexico for a meeting with their President and then holding a open rally that evening in the states - she'd need weeks of sleep to recover from that.

There is one little tidbit...and I wish I had the transcript, but Nieto used the word ‘invest’ when he was talking about strengthening border security. The seed has taken root.
