Yes, they are... and THEN some, but I don’t see how she could over-ride the Presidential optics of this. Trump flies to Mexico to meet the President the same day as his major speech on immigration? Even if she meets with the Mexican President, she won’t have THAT going for her, and even if she gave her own speech on immigration it would be obvious she’s just copying Trump.
Besides... think of the sight of the Witch waddling down the airplane steps. Ugh. Anything BUT Presidential. She CAN’T pull it off even if she wants to.
