So deliberately destroying thousands of emails that were under Congressional subpoena is not evidence of intent to break the law?

INTENT is irrelevant; as the charges brought against HRC clearly illustrate!

If it’s a congressional subpoena, why don’t they just sidestep the DOJ and hold her in contempt of Congress?
