Soros has plenty of experience with these sorts of things, dating back to WWII Hungary when he helped lead the police to arrest his fellow Jews and as a reward was allowed to loot their possessions.
Perhaps he can name our new "national" police force the Geheime Staatspolizei for old times sake? It would only be fitting!
