“Didn’t realize Arizona doesn’t use Daylight Savings Time.”

Aizna is always on PDST. They are the same as California during the summer, but a hour ahead during the winter.

Unlike California they never change their clocks back to PST.

Sorry to disagree with how you have stated it but Arizona is on Mountain Time. The distinction is they don’t observe Day Light Savings Time. Therefore they are said to be on Mountain STANDARD Time year ‘round. This means that in the summer they are three hours behind EDT as is PDT but it is still MST.

As has been mentioned there are some of the Fed Rez areas that do observe DST
