Hillary, fresh out of an Ivy League law school, and the DC Bar is comparatively easy! Embarrassing for Hillary that she failed.
I did not fail when I sat for one of the toughest bar exams in the country. On the other hand, I’m not as good at raking in money, so maybe Hillary is smarter than I am.
hardest bar exams

Early on in hillary's campaign, she had this disgusting TV ad in OH about how she LOVES children (yeah, like children in the countries she's destabilized?) and devoted her life to them. The ad stated she could've taken any high-power job she wanted, but chose to work with some corp involved with children.
Uhhh.....she flunked her law exam in DC. Her high powered options were seriously limited. It's not the failing that disturbs me, it's the lie.
If the Ivies are so wonderful, one would expect the pass rates of their graduates to be considerably higher.
After failing multiple times JFK jr.took the exam alone, in a room in Albany........
and then, HE PASSED!
Its pretty much the same with all pols esp dems. If we have to be continually told theyre the smartest person in the room then they arent.
Exactly what the powers-that-be want.
That may be true, generally speaking, but as one who took the DC bar a number of years ago and passed on the first try, I must tell you that it was laughably easy, requiring little preparation, compared to, say, the NJ bar exam.
Yup, she was touted as the smartest woman in the world. Believe when she was trying to ram her hcare program through in the early 90s.
Failing the DC bar exam, by far not one of the more difficult, following a Yale Law School education really does say something. Not stupid per se, but certainly not anywhere as smart as portrayed.
It would be interesting if anyone else from Yale failed the DC exam that took it that year. I bet not.
The bar exam is a brutal ordeal. I took the NY Bar and passed in my only try. I never fault anyone for not passing this monster of a test.
I fault Hillary for tons of other things, of course.
And the smartest woman in the world did not see fit to attempt to take the D.C. exam a second time.
Actually, her life's plan made it unnecessary. She would attain her goals of greed for gold and power in other ways.
Q.E.D.
You clearly don’t have a clue about what you are talking about... the pass rate for the DC bar in Jan 2016 was 44% of those who took it

Different months may have different trends, but the early 100% pass rate for the DC bar is laughably inaccurate and something you just decided to make up in your head instead of just doing the most basic investigations.
The January pass rate hasn’t been over 50% in the last 5 years. So stop with the hyperbole nonsense.
This sort of thing is a red meat thing for the soldiers, but its not really something that’s a huge issue.
Please, see post 53.
The highest passing rate that the DC bar has had in the last 5 years among those who took it in January has been 50%... Now other months may show other trends, but the idea that more than 60-70% of those who take the bar for any state or territory pass is laughably inaccurate.
Dims and "progressives" remember no such thing. Triviality.
So it figures.
So it figures.
Putting the bar exam aside, I've seen no evidence of Hillary's supposedly soaring intellect. And, yes, I clearly remember all of the liberal talk about "the smartest woman in America" when she and Bill got to the White House.
You forgot the wholesale attempted theft of hundreds of thousands of furniture and other objects belonging to the White House (the American People.)
She’s running for president, she went to Yale law school, she failed the DC bar, she is touted as the smartest woman in the world.
Her academic records are fair game.
