They may be limited by contractual considerations. I seem to recall reading that if they cut him now they would have to pay out $12,000,000 or so. They may be benching him and biding their time.
Absolutely agree...unfortunately even if they cut the asshat, he still walks away with whatever they have paid him to date. If they just suspend him, they have do deal with his hemerordal behavior.
