The Dems and the MSM are using Trump's immigration stance as as distraction from Hillary's email scandal. They also want to make sure that Trump comes out strong against any amnesty/legalization so they can buck up their Hispanic base. Trump backing away from mass deportation really doesn't change his overall policy.

Those of us in the immigration movement have always called it a false choice between mass deportation and a blanket amnesty. Attrition thru enforcement is the answer. It eliminates the pro-amnesty characterization of those wishing to enforce our laws as similar to the Nazis, i.e., we round people up and put them on boxcars to the border.

The Dems and MSM are frantic trying to nail Trump down as favoring mass deportation with a deportation squad. We do know that Hillary favors blanket amnesty and an increase in legal immigration. There is a clear choice between the two. The Trump campaign should respond by demanding that the MSM make Hillary provide her views on immigration and what will be done with the the 12 to 30 million illegal aliens already here. Will she build a war? What will she do about visa overstays?
