I remember the Lambs Club Roasts of Celebrities from the 60s & 70s, and other than referring to the as "roasts," they have nothing in common. I recall the Lambs Club was an all male organization, and it took quite a bit of doing to open it up, specifically to Phyllis Diller, so she could participate.

Those roasts, hosted by Dean Martin, were funny, and though the language could occasionally get a bit crude (Buddy Hackett, in particular,) they were incredibly funny

These so-called "roasts" today are nothing more than leftist louts with Terrets syndrome! "Ooooh, look at me, I'm so cool, so cutting edge, I just said a curse word and talked about genitallia."

Oh definitely she knew and she's tough enough to handle that kind of vitriol and a lot more. She has been cut down the better part of her career. Just goes with the territory.

My point was to show these celebrity jerks who were there to roast Rob Lowe in a fun way turned it into a political theater using Ann as their personal punching bag. IMHO that makes them extreme low-life's undeserving of any respect. In my world respect is everything; so is lack of it.

Actually your point was well made. Leftists are not decent human beings. To a Leftist, everything, no matter how insignificant it may seem, is political. Other than theirs, live has no value or meaning. Only their cause has worth or value. To advance their cause, they will sell their first born into slavery, or murder it in cold blood without batting an eyelash. And again, you clearly made your point. Leftists are not decent human beings. If, in fact, they are human. Just from watching their actions, I believe that they are demonically possessed or at least controlled by demons.
