Mrs. Root says that 30 weeks ago they were watching their daughter walking across a stage to get her batchelor's degree. Fifteen hours later she was killed by an illegal alien. The judge set bail at $50,000 and a week after the daughter was killed the illegal alien was running free.

I didn’t see this mother, but I saw another one whose teenage son was brutally beaten to death by an illegal who was taking revenge for the talk of deporting illegals.

No, I do not think that all illegals are murdering scum. But there is no reason to keep the floodgates open, either. Plus, we need to exercise the death penalty on a more consistent basis. Mexico has thrown a fit in the past when we subjected a Mexican citizen to the death penalty—maybe if a few more illegal murderers were executed, the Mexican government would be a little more proactive in preventing their criminals from crossing our border. (Or maybe not... maybe this is the Mexican government’s way of getting rid of these criminals for good while still getting kudos for its anti-death penalty stance.)

I wonder if bail bondsmen are being subsidized by the Feds.

It’s hard for me to believe any bondsman would put up $50k for an illegal unless he was guaranteed his money back.

And, the illegal would have had to put up $5k .
For that money he could live for a long time in Mexico.

We had a case of two teenage girls killed by a drunk illegal smashing into them from behind in Virginia Beach.
They caught him and he is serving time, but he should not have been here at all to kill those young women.
Our government has been helping the illegal aliens stay and putting the citizens lives in danger instead of enforcing our laws and protecting the citizens.
