Also King county always turns their totals in last - that is why we got stuck with Gov Fraudoire.
What type of challenge do you have in your state? Investigate and see if you can get a copy of registered voters in suspect area then prepare to check that list with state death records and records from electric company. It is more than a one person job BUT one person can get the job started
