H.G. Wells wrote of the globalists plans for a New World Order (since he himself was a member and supporter of the One World Order) in his book “The Open Conspiracy”. H.G. Wells had his Open Conspiracy, George Soros has his “Open Society”. It is one and the same.

They have been talking about these plans for many years. The Council on Foreign Relations was already talking about a world government back in the 1920’s when it was founded. The One World Order has been de rigueur among the elite for many, many years. Of course it is just a disguise for a world empire that the elite will control.
