If you so choose, feel free to believe whatever the media says about him. And they plan to say plenty. None of it will be true, but it won't stop them from saying it. Nor will it stop it from being posted on Free Republic.com

Exactly! A friend of mine said to me the other night: “I’m THROUGH with Trump!” and proceeded to rant about his “flip-flops” on immigration and “pandering” to African-Americans.
I tend to think that the tension of the campaign is getting to him (my friend, that is, not Trump!), and that he’s talking himself into thinking Trump has “abandoned” us so that in case Trump loses he won’t go into full-blown hara-kiri mode. As you say, I think it’s weakness.
I haven’t heard Trump say ANYTHING I disagree with (which isn’t the same as wishing he hadn’t said some of the things he’s said), because if the end result is he gets more votes and wins... so do WE. Is that “pandering”? Is that Trump turning into a “typical politician”? I’ll worry about that later. First, he MUST WIN.
I wish I could remember where I read it (actually I think in Trump’s Immigration Position paper on his site but not sure) but he plans to end earned income credits or whatever it’s called, to illegals. That alone will save $, and end gov bennies, and use E Verify, and I have heard him say increase penalties to employers. These alone would cause many illegals to just go home.
