PHOENIX (KPHO/KTVK) - Donald Trump's planned event in Phoenix next Wednesday has been postponed.
Officials with Trump's campaign say the GOP candidate will not be appearing in Phoenix, after all. But they say Trump is looking forward to visiting Arizona soon.
Trump's appearance had been scheduled for Wednesday, August 31 at the Hyatt in downtown Phoenix. The speech was expected to focus on immigration reform policy.
Saw a cotton field along 101 down there. A great welfare-to-work job.
Good move. Whatever Trump says here it is got to be tight, or they the dingbat NeverTrumpers, DU Media, Dems, GOPe will attack in unison. Meanwhile Trump filling out his schedule next week is here.

The radio station probably heard that Trump had cancelled the one venue and decided that meant Trump was cancelling the appearance.
He’s going there, just said so on twitter.
With the media blasting away focused on amnesty, stuff like this jerks it up. To defuse it focus on
Not letting the media and the demorats get away destroying his first reach out rally in Chicago by reminding what happened there, without attacking but forgiving primary opponents for their comments, then tying that into commenting on Johnny One Note college professors pushing commie doxology would force a redirection
There is two things working here. One is security, the other is the crowd size-they have to get larger venues.
I have heard, from my congress critter, that they are having a hard time finding venues at short notice since the ones already scheduled are turning out to be to small. Told me that they would like to do a stadium in the large towns, but the football season is underway and Basball is still on...so they cant really do that and security is a MAJOR concern for the candidate.
