Illegal aliens have violated multiple laws besides entering illegally. For example, they are working illegally, committed tax evasion, perpetrated ID theft, lied on employment forms (I-9s), stole SSNs or made them up, etc.
I never said I knew anything about immigration. Nor do I propose that any illegality goes unpunished. DHS will do a comprehensive background check and determine what crimes/offenses have been committed.
