More evidence of our schools doing a much better job at safe spaces, non-inclusive inclusiveness, calling everyone a hater, and uni-gender bathrooms than they are at grammar and idioms. It's getting worse. It's a form of white ebonics.
Another one that is becoming almost universal is, "We're going to try and win the game." It's "try to."
