Has an Obama “yes” man been put in command of GTMO, or is a real military leader in charge? That would be an order to refuse.
I presume that after eight years of Obama in charge, any officer who is not a “yes man” has either opted for retirement, or has been reassigned to oversee KP duty at Fort Knox.
