The Obama administration does not believe that a special prosecutor is necessary to investigate the Clinton Foundation, according to White House press secretary Josh Earnest. He suggested that those who were calling for a special prosecutor were impugning the character of the F.B.I. and the Justice Department.
“I just think it’s hard for anybody to make a very persuasive case that somehow there hasn’t been enough investigating,” Earnest said during the White House press conference today.
President Barack Obama, he said, had “complete confidence” in the independent career prosecutors of the Justice Department and the F.B.I.

I’m tempted to think that Bill and Hillary Clinton set the template for Barack and Michelle to follow. All billionaires a decade or so after their impoverished selves entered the White House. Ain’t public service grand?

Yeah, they’re so “independent” they have secret meetings with the people they are investigating in the middle of the night on airport tarmacs with no reporters allowed.
What difference would it make?
They would appoint a special prosecutor who was bought and paid for, and then she would be once again exonerated, and that would be her alibi.
Also, it is too close to the election, the results wouldn’t be disclosed until 2018.
If she were under investigation from a special prosecutor, all questions regarding her emails would be off the table, she would just claim that she couldn’t answer anything in the regards due to an “ongoing investigation”
The people know. Those that care will vote Trump, those that don’t care will back the gimmecrats.
