Take away all the land and force all the people to cities then force them to work on farms if they fail to conform

We need to end the executive authority which allows a President to unilaterally designate a National Monument.
Clinton abused this very badly in Utah, and now Obozo has done so (under very different circumstances) in Maine. In the current case it was a private landowner who wanted the NM designation, so it was a different case from what happened in Utah under the Clintoons.
In any case, the country has quite enough National Monuments and National Parks, adding new ones is a budget buster (they don’t pay for themselves except maybe for a few of the very most popular ones, which this isn’t).
Gov. Paul LePage released a statement Tuesday afternoon condemning the land donation.
Quit acting like a spoiled little whiney bitch,
Issue an EXECUTIVE Order for your State Abolishing ALL Operating Agreements with ALL FEDERAL AGENCIES, Then Start ARRESTING AND JAILING THEM For Operating in your State ILLEGALLY!!!
The Federal Government needs PERMISSION from EVERY STATE TO OPERATE in that State, TAKE IT AWAY!!!
More TR-inspired marxist theft...
Bastard
Can TRUMP undo a National Monument?
There is a bill pending in the Senate for the US Congress to change the process of designating a new National Monument, but it will never get signed by Obozo:

Maine went for Obama, twice, and hasn’t voted for a Republican president since Bush the elder. Maybe they will learn from past mistakes, but I doubt it.
Just one more thing President Trump will need to reverse on Day One.
He should save the money to help flood victims in LA
If the legal owner wanted to donate their own land to the feds, I have no problem w/that. Not what I would do.
I’ve always said, instead of tyrannizing the rest of us w/eco regulation, folks who want to protect land should pool their money together to acquire land they want to protect.
On the flip side, if loggers want to buy land and mow it down, so be it. Property rights are a foundation of freedom. We’ve already lost a lot of property rights in the name of “safety” and “public interest”.
If the gov had stepped in via eminent domain to accomplish this, I’d have a problem with it. Not the case here.
English common law has always allowed deeds to be transferred w/restrictions. So the donor could’ve actually saved quite a bit of money simply by donating that property to me instead of lobbying the feds to put it under their domain.
