Tom Fitton on Howie Carr Show: Clinton Foundation Will Shut Down by End of Week

The president of Judicial Watch Tuesday told syndicated radio talk show host Howie Carr that the Clinton Foundation will cease operations after the Washington-based watchdog released 725 pages of emails revealing the pay-to-play culture at Secretary Hillary R. Clinton’s State Department.

“I don’t think the Clinton Foundation is going to survive until the end of the week,” said Tom Fitton, the president of Judicial Watch, which released the emails that were produced by the State Department at the direction of a federal judge after JW had to file a federal petition compelling the State Department to fulfill its request for emails to and from Huma Abedin, a long-time aide and confidante of the Democratic nominee for president.

“You really think that, Tom? You really think they can be shamed in any way, shape or form?” asked Carr, who had just finished telling Fitton that the Associated Press had discovered that out of 154 non-governmental people Clinton met with as America’s top diplomat, 85 were donors to the Clinton Foundation or another Clinton-affiliated organization with combined contributions exceeding $156 million. Of the 85, more than 40 gave at least $100,000 and another 20 gave $1 million.

Whether this happens or not, the best way to undo the Clintons is to hammer more on this Foundation business. This is the trigger, moreso than anything else.

Things for which lesser mortals would be facing serious charges never seem to land on the Clintons.

One day, as camera clicked, little Chelsea frowned, said she worried about the elephant population being decimated. And BOOM....the Clinton Foundation had another do-good fund-raising cause (raising the total do-good fund-raising causes to some 256---at last count).

A tax-exempt is audited on (1) it's do-good fund raising efforts, and, (2) how they spent the money raised. Diverting money raised for one cause and using it elsehere is considered mail/electronic fraud.

As the Clinton Foundation's vice-chair, how many fund-raising letters did little Chelsea sign off on?

The Clinton Global Initiative meets next month. I highly doubt they close CGI too and cancel the party for Bono and the masters of the universe.

Yep....all Hillary has to do is ignore and stall for about 75 more days...anything coming forward now will be ignored by the Clintons, or made fun of as she did her health issues...name of their game now is "Run the Race Out"....

Clintons know all they have to do is ride the waves as they always have, and they are masters with 30 years experience doing so...not to mention the Media will most assuredly lift her above fray no matter how it's played.

All Hillary needs to do now is smile/party and fund-raise....
