Shame. Whether this stuff is true or not, her career is probably over now. Tough for any employer to consider hiring a litigious job applicant.
I’m with you. Not a single one of us has any idea what has transpired and quite frankly the guy could be scum and 100% of what she says to be true. I’ll wait until all the facts come in. I don’t understand this fascination of those who immediately lay waste to a female because she makes a claim until all the facts come in. It’s much easier I guess to trash and burn. You’ll rarely ever see those who were then found to be wrong come back in here and state as such....it is forgotten and then ignored

Maybe so, but if you add up all the millions listed under each of the five or six causes of action (you might take a few minutes to actually read her lawsuit), she won’t need a job, ever. Personally, I think it’s a disgrace here on FR for some to dismiss her claims out of hand. Some of you are as bad on the issue of sexual harassment as is Ailes. Let’s let a court decide, on the evidence presented, whether or not she was abused.
It does show in job apps.My daughter quit a job after an incident where she was treated in a way that her brothers were going to knock some teeth out.She contacted an attorney and he was taking on the case.I researched online and saw where it would show up when you were looking for a job.Even though she was right and could have won she cancelled the appointment and had a better paying job with less hours the next day.Andrea knows this.
