Okay, move your organization to one of the innumerable places where there are no “white people”.
I understand that Sub-Saharan Africa, except for the nation of South Africa, is devoid of whites. You could move to one of the numerous countries on that part of the continent.
Or how about Latin America? Spaniards and Portuguese were the last white people there, and their “whiteness” was bred out of every nation by the indigenous peoples. Venezuela has a lot of natural resources, you could go there. Mexico, Brazil, Chile, so many other places are available, if they let you in.
OH! I KNOW! You want to go to Southeast Asia! Well, they’re - ahem - a little xenophobic (which you probably thought was only an American white person problem). The more advanced cultures there, where you would actually recognize a lot of the technology, have a population density that makes NYC look like rural Bugtussle. Real estate in those places, if it’s available at all to those who don’t have epicanthal folds on their eyelids, is some of the most expensive in the entire world.
Of course, the Middle East is wide open (except for Israel, natch), if you don’t mind your clothing styles being dictated by religious police, choose being “in the closet” or being thrown off a building, kneeling on a rug with your butt in the air 5 times a day, and maybe getting blown up by your fellow countrymen even when you bother with all of those things.

I am profoundly embarrassed by this. I sent my son to this university, and it was bad enough when he was a student there. He went from being a level headed, compassionate and decent person, to being a prissy, know-it-all, judgemental narcissistic jack ass.
He has a BS and ended up having to take a job at Lowes. Well, he finally got a “real” job after moving across the country - a teaching position. He was hired in spite of never taking a single course in the field of education, but only because the school cannot entice REAL teachers to even apply. He works in one of those schools where no one expects results - probably a 10% graduation rate. The bad aspect of this, in my opinion, is that being around these types of kids will only inflate my sons idea of his own superior self. Ugh.

It (civil rights) was legitimate at one point. It has gone way beyond that now.
