He’s with family in front row, appears to be handicapped and thoroughly enjoying the crowd noise. And he likes the girl off to his left in red dress too :)

I think it was confirmed that he’s autistic. I’m a bit embarrassed, as at first I didn’t notice the rocking and the other mannerisms.
