"The Monmouth University Poll was conducted by telephone from August 19 to 22 2016 with 401 Missouri residents likely to vote in the November election. This sample has a margin of error of + 4.9 percent. The poll was conducted by the Monmouth University Polling Institute in West Long Branch, NJ."

Telephone poll, which severely undercounts Trump voters...

=>"Trump’s advantage in online polls compared with live telephone polling is eight or nine percentage points among likely voters."

If it’s like the PA poll Monmouth did, the ACTUAL poll showed Trump up 2, so they went back and jiggered the data til they got what they want.
