1 Guy was speeding
2 Guy didn’t bother to look in his rear view to see the police
3 He didn’t pull over
4 He continued to drive all the way home
5 He exited the vehicle, saw the officers, and flailed his hands around...
How are the officers to know what’s going on? He didn’t.
Is there even one citizen that doesn’t know you don’t do these things?
Well..., yes.
I’m really sorry to read of this. What an unfortunate set of circumstances.
If he was deaf and he happened not to look in rear view mirror, how could he know the police were trying to pull him over?
Did he have a weapon?
We have to start realizing that SOME of these incidents are NOT the fault of the dead person.
Today’s police are NOT your Daddy’s police. Too frequently they act like paramilitary forces in an occupied country instead of like public servants.
And thanks primarily to the BLM maniacs it will get worse.
It’s illegal in most states to drive with headphones on because you can’t hear horns, sirens, etc. Why is it legal for a deaf person to get a license? I know, I know! Hearing aids. But, he apparently wasn’t wearing one.
You should never get out of the car when you’re pulled over. And he didn’t stop? That’s crazy.
The only problem with your twisted Logic is this:
Until 1975 if a Police Officer SHOT AN UNARMED PERSON, It was AUTOMATIC CRIMINAL PROSECUTION for Manslaughter and immediate FIRING and LOSS of Pension.
This was BEFORE PUBLIC UNIONS, After, well, you see how many UNARMED people are Killed by Police.
If a man is unarmed, not a fleeing criminal and not threatening an officer, where is the justification for shooting that person? Unless some facts are missing, that officer gets my guilty vote if I’m on the jury.
