This thread looks like a really fun doom & gloom party but I’m going to refrain from joining in & ask a simple question:
How is Hillary going to take away our guns?
No talk please, of EOs & freezing bank accounts & knocks on doors & government snitch hotlines, I want some specifics based on the Constitution & state law, organizations involved & the executing of operational plans.
Google “Can the President Take Away Guns”. The cites give suprisingly negative responses. Simply put, it’s not as easy as it looks. Obama is on record saying “citizens shouldn’t have guns” and what has he to show for that belief?
Slowly at first and then all at once. I could give you example after example of the former but I'm sure you can figure it out.
Google can the President ignore Congress and the courts?
