I think you’re right HM. It would be good if both of those 2 good Reverends would be there, especially Burns - he can really pump up the crowd. Love to see Diamond and Silk, too. I just hope there aren’t any unruly protests inside or out.

Dad always insisted in buying the biggest bags of socks he could find (sent most to the homeless). One day I spoke to him why he wanted more socks. Seems as a child there were times he had none. So we bought more and those who also had none received. God tells us what to do and where to give.

Check out the % of AA in Mississippi and the party affiliation of elected officers. I know Alveeda King mentioned she was going to be with DJT in near future. (Both Daddy and Uncle Martin were Republicans). In fact there are still many republican families that can trace their origin back to civil war and Lincoln. (my great-grandparents supported the UGR)
I can’t wait till tomorrow— to find out. I promise to act surprised if the complexion of the crowd darkens considerably

2 1/2 miles is amazing! My husband has Parkinson’s along with other issues. His neurologist told me if he loses his ability to walk, it’s extremely difficult to get it back due to the Parkinson’s. It would be sad if he lost his ambulatory ability due to being inactive. There aren’t too many things I can control on this journey, but getting him out walking is something I can do!! So you walk outdoor? I love being outside, so that is my first choice when temperatures permit.
Nobody ever said she couldn’t open a jar of pickles. They say she can’t stand up for long periods or walk up a short flight of stairs without two helpers.
