“Allah Akbar” roughly translated means ‘This attack has nothing to do with Islam’.
I’m positive of that, as I hear that translation often on the news.
I thought Allah Akbar in Arabic meant “I’m mentally ill and need help”...as well as the secondary meaning you just posted.
