I was there in winter of 1969-1970 for basic training. When did personnel become human resources? And why?

Hi Everybody!
Went to the County Fair this evening to see a fellow musician perform.
Ate Junk Food, drank beer, and patted livestock.
The horses and ponies were especially nice! Those 4H kids are great!
Growing up in the inner city, it was quite an interesting experience LOL!
Lynn-Dah stayed home.

Learn the art of horseback riding. I rode every weekend from 1987 to 1992. Horses were some of the sanest people I knew.

When did personnel become human resources? And why? When the Army went full tilt corporate. It's much easier to insert and manipulate social engineering in the organization when you change the language.

Howdy, PRO!
Have a good day? Has it cooled off enough to be able to enjoy getting outside or did you stay in and eat more popsicles? :-)

I do love to ride...every chance I get.
I really love horses.
In the city of Boston, the police horses were stabled near where I lived. My friend and I used to sneak into the stables with apples and carrots. We thought we were very clever. (We were about 12 or 13 at the time)
I am sure that the police knew we were there, but ignored us.
Those were different times!

Good evening, Pro...any respite from the heat?
It’s been raining here most of the day. And the guy on the radio said it is raining in most of the state. This is a good thing as there have been 100s of fires so far this summer. Hopefully this will put them all out.

Years ago, I worked with a mare that was a brilliant trail horse. She knew just how good she was, and she was arrogant about it. You could go up or down some of the most treacherous trails in the Santa Monica Mountains, and you were as safe as if you were in your mother's arms.
But if you took the fork in the road that led to the ring, you could see her shoulders slump. "Aw Wilbur, do we have to do that?" she would have said.
