I am watching the incredible rally also. That Farage guy was great ... I really thought the roof was going to fly off that place ... and I think the Brit is going to be at a few more Trump rallies. Trump should hire him and get rid of some of the gope he has taken on. what a night! He is getting very good on the teleprompter.

Cruz had pockets of support, but they were not deep pockets.

If anything, the revised primary dates should have benefitted Cruz more than Trump. When the SEC states demanded their primaries be held earlier, most of them were moved to early-mid March, rather than the previous May-June schedule.

NewYorker Trump blazed through the South, when even the Media thought that would be Cruz territory. The only southern state Cruz won was Texas and that was only by 44%.

Cruz did show some momentum in NM, KS, etc, but not enough to overcome losing the South. Then, when the primaries shifted to the northeast, there was nothing for Cruz and nothing to stop Trump.

Trump got the nomination with about 1,200 more delegates than Cruz got. By the time of the convention, it wasn't even close. Cruz did himself more damage with things like the Colorado scheme and the attempts to change the rules.

As bad as her Obamacare horror story is, she said she was brainwashed by Democrats to discount anything that Republicans say, until she learned firsthand that Sarah Palin was right about Obamacare.

Levin could have engaged her on that, but he's too busy brainwashing people to discount anything that Trump says.

I really began to notice him 'losing it' leading up to the Iowa caucus. He would spend many minutes lecturing the radio audience on corn subsidies. Program after program -- corn subsidies. Early on I began to realize that that was his way of backdooring to his nightly Trump trashing.

Ironcially, about the time of the Iowa caucus, one of the major news networks showed in a survey that corn subsidites did not even make the list of most important issues to Iowans.

That didn't faze Levin. Many times after the Iowa caucus, he still reverted to lecturing on corn subsidies -- so he could backdoor into more Trump trashing.
