It sure does sound like desperation! Like, "let's do something Presidential." Hillary's judgment is so terrible: she's hasn't a clue what she's doing. So this is music to our ears.

Of course, all of these appointments are unnecessary since Ted Cruz was already sworn in as the first Hispanic/Cuban/Canadian US President by Glenn Beck several months ago.
