Maybe, but if that were the case I think he would’ve used “non-citizens”, “undocumented”, or similar. For Obama, “racist” always is in the context of blacks, and that’s what he meant this time.
That’s what I mean. Obama is calling them racist for hiring Latinos instead of blacks.
