Under what authorization do we have troops in Syria?
The government there was legally elected and reelected and the UN had not ordered or authorized it’s removal.

The Russians are invited by the government

The Turks are in between being our allies and our former allies

The YPG is now engaging in its own campaign of ethnic cleansing of nonKurds and the givt is defending its citizens and its territory

This general is like a Pomeranian barking at a pit bull in the pit bulls own yard

Syria has mock elections. In 2007 Assad supposedly got 99.82% of the votes with 95.86% turnout. If that is true, then who is rebelling?
