Bill Bennett likes to hear himself talk and loved to be flattered with suggestions he run for high office. But he never put his neck on the line for so much as a congressional race.
Doesn't matter as his only function as temporary Sec of Education will be to dismantle the Department as proposed by Trump, 9/23/15 at a Columbia, SC Town Hall with Sen. Tim Scott.
