Well you have to consider the source (The Washington Compost)

Tucker wrote, “He allegedly cheated on his wife, repeatedly, even in the Oval Office, and with a young woman who wasn’t that much older than their daughter.”

If he was a General in the military he would have been court marshaled

But he was only CIC

Heading into the homestretch, it seems obvious that even if he makes no further mistakes, even if he gives brilliant tactical advice, promotes inspiring programs for the working class and offers soaring rhetoric about the Great Promise of America, he is still going to be pilloried by opponents as being morally unfit to return to the White House.

Ah, yes - the decades-old bullshit about Bill Clinton being so adept as chief executive. In reality, he had it easier than any president in my lifetime. Cold War concerns withering, spending the "Peace Dividend" as fast as they could, no big trouble in the Middle East, with Saddam crammed back in his box. Just jog down to the McDonalds and then pick up some cigars for later on the ride back.

Do they really think of the Balkans as brilliant tactics on his part?

I really think the “virginal pearls” thing is a huge misinterpretation of that choice of attire. Know what I mean?

Next, the Washington Propaganda will say: “Bill Clinton, who allegedly was impeached, according to some unreliable sources....”

"If he was a General in the military he would have been court marshaled But he was only CIC"

I don't know if you remember this, but Clinton actually claimed "immunity from lawsuits" at the time of the Paula Jones sexual harassment claim.

The basis?

As CIC, he was a a member of the military.

The SCOTUS shot that down, and Clinton kept lying.

He had the chance at settling with Jones, but instead Hillary told him to NOT settle.

Then Ken Starr's investigation went from Whitewater to investigating not "alleged adultery" but a tangled web of covering up and intimidating witnesses.

And suborning perjury.

All over keeping people from blabbing about his sex life.

If Hillary hadn't meddled, Clinton could have paid Jones the $, and the country wouldn't have had to even bother with an impeachment.

It wouldn't have looked so hot, but at least the matter would have been over and done with in a matter of weeks.

I have no idea why the media never brings up Hillary's role in getting her husband in way deeper trouble than he would have.

It was never about the "crime" (nobody really was surprised about Bill's proclivities) it was all about the cover-up.

Even if they had DNA evidence proving that Bill Clinton cheated, WaPo journalists would still say “allegedly” because they are so biased.

I expect it will not be long before these “alleged” journalists report that Clinton was innocent but was smeared by the great right wing conspiracy.

journalists who have examined her academic record report they could not verify it.

Modern American journalists cannot be counted on to reliably tell you if it's day or night. This statement means nothing.

““He allegedly cheated on his wife, repeatedly, even in the Oval Office”

By saying “in the Oval Office” he can exclude any infidelities outside the Office. And apparently the writer’s definition of ‘sex’ is the same as Bill’s so, it wasn’t really cheating to either of them.
