Note to self: Don't hold memorial services at 1:00 AM.

I guess they didn’t get the memo that noting good ever happens after midnight.

We has a similar thing happen recently at a vigil in Indy for a 16yo that was shot.

And it was still daylight when that one happened.

At 1:30 AM the “vigil” was being held for Colt 45 Malt Liquor.

The most dangerous places in America are peace rallys and inner city funerals

Meanwhile, gun clubs and NRA conventions continue to be quite safe venues.

Someone didn’t understand the point of a “gun violence” vigil.

NY Post doublespeak from the article:

“It’s believed there was some intermingling between the attendees prior to the shooting.”

This does sound like a good start, though. Now they can have a vigil for that person who got shot, during which someone will be shot, so they will have a vigil for that person, and then someone will be shot...I guess the person who is left standing wins (?)

I think staying out of a Brooklyn park might be a better idea

The memorial was one of several events happening in the park at the time of the shooting, which included a birthday party and a basketball game.

At 1:30 AM. Good grief.

The second MST dangerous place for a black person, after the womb, is a peace rally.

Looks like Daquan had some people who didn’t like him all that well and decided to solve their problem.

Yeah, thinking the same thing...kind of late for a memorial.

Do the bars close at 1:00am?
