I see four people looking over his shoulder. They all bear familiar resemblances but I can't quite identify them. Who are they and is there someone in particular you are referring to?

The woman to the right of him is the husband & wife team of communists professors, Frances Fox Piven and to her right is Richard Andrew Cloward (Cloward & Priven - Rules for Radicals)
The last person is Ben Chavis Executive Director of NAACP at that time.
