Speaking of Colin Powell....did y’all hear that Hillary told the FBI that Powell suggested her own personal email server.

Threw him right under the bus.

Couldn’t happen to a more deserving guy.

Because for the right price, Powell will say what you want.

I watched the two linked clips. All I can say is "ROTFL!" He did not use the "difference in oversight" argument. Instead he used an argument that what the foundation did (I suppose, to prohibit pay-for-play) was "unprecedented." His argument had these prongs:

• The foundation protections agains (whatever - he never says) when Clinton was SoS were unprecedented (but he never describes the measures)
• The proposed contingent future arrangement is unprecedented
• The foundation does good work (life and death important!)
• Trump isn't transparent with his finances

That worthy line of attack agianst Clinton is going to disappear. "Powell suggested I set up a private server fore government business" is ludicrous, and not only will Clintoin throw Powell under the bus, she will throw Conason under the bus too, it is his book that tried to throw Powell under the bus.

I detest Powell, by the way, but this one isn't on him.
