Yeah, but I think he has a point about the media template. Truth does not factor into that template. Mid October the media will claim the Trump campaign is in a freefall. I don;t remember the details of the Reagan election, but from what I've read the press had Carter taking that race.

Now there is a new generation of idiots, and many of them will believe what the press says.

Not knocking USC Dornsife / LA Times Poll (I hope they are right), just presenting a scenario that most people think “could never happen.”

Remember, we have “professional” journalists who say Trump is SO destructive that they feel it is their job to bring him down.

Do you not think that there are “professional” pollsters, as well, who feel the same way? There are likely people who would gladly join together in a “Pollsterlist” and follow my scenario to the letter if they could get away with it. We have people in the Republican party who are going after Trump, so why wouldn’t some pollsters?

With the “professional” journalists to cover for them, pollsters might BE able to get away with fudging the numbers to achieve their goal.
