Oh, I’m sure she could tell I was from the South so she probably hated me right off. The call center was in Chicago. I have a Southern accent but it’s not extreme and I use proper grammar but it’s still very obvious that I’m Southern. :-) I sort of lost my Southern charm and manners for a second.

She’s actually a citizen. The person who signed the bill with the note on it implied she did not write the slur, however.

I have. I guess they have become rare since I switched to EZ-Pass.

One time I called the customer service department for my Discover card. The black lady on the other end was so bad I couldn’t understand a word she said. >>> i called 911 once and i could not understand one word the woman said.
