You gentlemen may be a little late in your quest for Broomhandle Mausers. Germany’s not the place to look, either.
Frankonia Jagd, the German Cabela’s, sold scads of them in the 1990’s. With stocks, advertised as “Aus dem Kaiserreich!” (from Imperial Germany). I just went to their website; Lugers but no Broomhandles.
The Chicoms exported thousands here after Ronald Reagan scrapped GCA-68’s import restrictions in the 1980’s.
