Not sure if he is even a citizen.

Not sure if he is even a citizen.That's my question as well, particularly since the only 'proof' I've seen is a Canadian birth certificate. WHO exactly certifies that someone is a citizen and eligible for the legislature? Sec of State?
He's a lawyer, fercryinoutloud! There has to be some paperwork somewhere!
