No, 14% would be higher than McCain (6%), Romney (9%), Bush in 04 (11%), Bush in 2000 (I think 8-9%), Dole, Bush in 92, Bush in 88, or even Reagan in 84 ( he MAY have reached 14). This would be historic for post-Nixon times.
