I, kind of think, Hillary Clinton is planning a “Hail Mary” medical procedure, here in August, to bolster her strength and energy to election. to make it to election day!!!
I also believe that POTUS, Obama knows Clinton is going nowhere and he is going nowhere.....that is why he could care less about anything that has to do with the POTUS. The poor folks in Louisiana can take a walk. The world can take a walk.
