This regulation makes sense if you believe in workplace diversity, inclusivity, equality, tolerance, and justice.

Ladies’ rooms are more than just a place to pee or poop. They are safe spaces, albeit for merely a few moments, from male hegemony and oppression. Why can’t transgender females and genderfluids refresh their makeup and enjoy the chatty camaraderie of their cis-female sisters in these cozy locales?

It would seem appropriate to install standing urinals in ladies’ rooms for the convenience of transgender females. It would make them feel welcome, and also prevent the inevitable toilet-seat splashing that will occur if they use a stall.

Gender confusion is a treatable mental disorder. Why would the largest union of federal government employees applaud the federal government’s announcement that federal workers with clearly disordered minds be able to use restrooms that correspond to their gender confusion?
