Gary Indiana with its steel mills and black community is the most democrat area of Indiana. They do not even have republican poll workers. The contest for office is in the primaries
Back before the state had voted ID they would even bus people to other parts of the state to vote from Gary. The buses would go from one precinct to another
So one spring primary one side (a)caught another (b) blatantly cheating and turned them into the state attorney General They didn’t realized that b had in mole in a’s campaign and knew of their cheating. To make a long stories short both a & b got prison time for voter fraud type chargers
Thus turning in or snitching on voter manipulation/fraud in some circles in Indiana is called be Gary-ed
